District Team Training Seminar At Amravati
Rotary Club of Amravati Midtown was the host for, District Team Training Seminar organized at Hotel Gouri Inn, Amravati 20th February, 2011. Key note Speaker PDG Dr.Deepak Purohit, ignited the audience with his address “Kindle the Spark”. Other highlights of inaugural sessions were Opening remarks by Convener PP Sunil Malpani, DG Dr Prafull Mokadam’s Go Ahead, “My year ahead” by DGE Gopal Shiralkar, Theme 11-12 “Reach within to Embrace Humanity” PDG Ramesh Khanzode & an introduction of Key Note Speaker by PP Dr. R B Sikchi in his novel inimitable way, which impressed one & all.
DGN Sanjay Meshram moderated Plenary Session I during which the delegates were guided on the important subjects of Roles and Responsibilities of District Officers, District Administration, District Communication Plan & Working with Clubs, which were very effectively covered respectively by IPDG Sanjay Wani, PP Abhay Kankariya, PP Dr. Kiran Kulkarni & PP Vineet Mohunta.
The next Plenary Session on 1) Goal Setting 2) Planning for Year 3) My Action Plan, for District Chairmen was Moderated by DGN 2013-14 Kishor Kedia and the faculties were PDG Raje Sangramsingh Bhonsle, PP Dattatray Deshmukh & PP Vivek Pathak.
RI Thrust Area & District Thrust Areas were elaborated by PP Nikhil Kibe & PP Sunil Patil, in the session moderated by PDG Ramesh Khanzode. PP DR. K S Rajan, Chairman, District Conference 2012, explained his novel plans & highlighted the events being planned during the next year’s District Conference “ Kalyanutsav”, and urged the delegates for promoting attendance for this events in their respective regions.
For successful breakout Sessions for 1) Asst. Governors & Rotary Coordinators, 2) Administration, Membership & PR 3) Vocational & Youth Service 4)TRF & International Service 5) Community Service Medical &– Non Medical special efforts were taken by PDG Sanjay Wani, PDG Kishabhau Godbole, PDG Raje Sangramsingh, PDG Dr Chandrashekhar Sikchi and PDG Ramesh Khanzode along with DGE Gopal Shiralkar.
The proceedings & the important points that emerged after deliberations during the breakout sessions were reported by facilitators PP Mahesh Mokalkar, PP Salim Batada, PP Shrinivas Lal & Assistant Rotary Coordinator PP Ajay Narkesari.
Convenor PP Sunil Malpani, Host Club President Dr. Gopi Bhamore , Host Club Secretary Dr. Govind Lahoti & PP Dr. R B Sikchi worked hard, under the able guidance of DGN 2013-14 Kishor Kedia, to ensure the successful organization of DTTS, which was attended by 182 delegates from all over the Rotary District 3030.
